Communication

We believe communication is the most important part of the process in selecting a new pet. We understand that you have lots of questions and we are here to answer them all. We will communicate with you through phone, video chat, and email.

Adoption and Delivery

So what happens after you’ve chosen your new fur-baby? After completing checkout, you’ll receive two emails. The first email verifies your transaction, while the second email shares documents and agreements that you’ll need to electronically sign. Throughout the process, a member of our team will be available on and off the phone to answer any last questions and finalize the delivery details. As mentioned above, we hand-deliver each puppy to ensure your new best friend has the smoothest trip possible.

We don’t just disappear after delivery. The transition into a new home is a big step for a puppy, so we like to check in and make sure the process is going smoothly and confirm that you and your puppy are as happy as possible.
