Adoption and Delivery

So what happens after you’ve chosen your new fur-baby? After completing checkout, you’ll receive two emails. The first email verifies your transaction, while the second email shares documents and agreements that you’ll need to electronically sign. Throughout the process, a member of our team will be available on and off the phone to answer any last questions and finalize the delivery details. As mentioned above, we hand-deliver each puppy to ensure your new best friend has the smoothest trip possible.

We don’t just disappear after delivery. The transition into a new home is a big step for a puppy, so we like to check in and make sure the process is going smoothly and confirm that you and your puppy are as happy as possible.
